I’ve been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2017 and am currently a 4-stripe purple belt. I compete at the amateur level in local IBJJF events, but like many practitioners, I balance time between the mats, a 25-year business career, and life as a wife of 15 years and mother to two teenage kids—both of whom now train BJJ too. For us, jiu jitsu is more than just a sport—it’s confidence, self-discipline, stress management, and great exercise.
Professionally, I hold a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M and an MBA focused on Strategic Leadership from Southern Methodist University. I’ve worked across the full business spectrum: boutique consulting firms, family-run operations, and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, I led a multi-state commercial janitorial company, where I grew revenue by 18% in just two years. While I thrived in that role, a misalignment in values with ownership made it clear I needed to find a more meaningful way to apply my experience.
That pivot brought me back to the mats. After helping my own professor improve his gym’s operations, I realized something: there are amazing coaches and instructors running incredible programs, but many are overwhelmed by the challenges of business ownership. They didn’t start a gym to deal with lead funnels, SOPs, or financial dashboards—they started because they love BJJ. That’s where I come in.
I’ve been fortunate to train at dozens of gyms across the U.S.—some world-famous, some hidden gems. The common thread? 99% of the people I’ve met through jiu jitsu are phenomenal humans. They care deeply about their students, their community, and the art. My goal is to help them thrive—not just as athletes, but as business owners.
When your systems run smoothly, your staff is aligned, and your brand is strong, your gym becomes scalable and sustainable. That’s how we grow jiu jitsu—one well-run academy at a time.
A rising tide lifts all ships. And if that tide happens to wear a gi? Even better.

I started this company after working with my own professor take his gym to the next level. Black belts don't start gyms because they know how to run a business. They start it because they love jiu jitsu and want to share it with others. I can help you learn how to run the business side of things so that you can focus on teaching.

Our mission is to help grow the sport of jiu jitsu by making sure great teachers can focus on their students because they have a solid business foundation. I found this sport at the age of 37 and it's genuinely changed my life for the better.
